Outseta free trial: 14 days or 7, no card and no free plan

What the Outseta trial includes

Outseta has a free trial, not a free plan. Every plan comes with 14 days of full access to CRM, billing, email marketing, help desk and authentication, per its pricing page as read on October 23, 2026. The Outseta review covers what those parts do.

Outseta's pricing page, sign-up page and comparison page say the free trial lasts 14 days, while the structured data (code for search engines that visitors do not see) behind its pricing page says 7 days and that the trial converts to a paid plan unless you cancel, so read the sign-up screen on the day you start.

Is there an Outseta free plan

No. The pricing page lists four paid plans and no free plan. Start, the cheapest, is $37 a month, billed yearly, or $47 a month, billed monthly, for up to 1,000 contacts and a 2% payment fee. A contact is Outseta's unit for plan size, which the pricing page does not define. A plan you sell to your own members can be free; that is your plan, not Outseta's. All four plans are on Outseta pricing.

Card, reminder and day 14

The sign-up page says "Try all features free for 14 days. No credit card required." It promises an email reminder two days before the trial ends. After 14 days it says to "Choose a plan and subscribe, or walk away unscathed." The terms require a valid payment method to process a subscription payment.

Outseta's pages do not say what happens to your trial data if you choose no plan.

The 30-day guarantee against the terms

Outseta's pricing page prints a "30-day money back guarantee" with "no questions asked", while its terms of service say "paid Subscription fees are non-refundable" except when required by law, so get the refund rule in writing before paying for a year.

Outseta's pages do not say whether the guarantee covers a first payment, a yearly payment or Outseta's payment fee.

Free ways to test a members area first

Memberstack's pricing page says every feature is free to try on a test site, with no credit card, for an unlimited amount of time; its docs cap that sandbox at 50 test members. Memberful says every account starts in test mode, free until you connect Stripe and accept live payments. Going live cannot be undone: once Stripe is connected, a Memberful account cannot return to test mode.

Outseta comes with no test or staging environment. Its help center says to mark test accounts as demo accounts, which excludes them from reports, and to connect Outseta to Stripe in Stripe's test mode and pay with Stripe's test card data. After launch you can ask for a second account to use as staging.
